Building teams, leading strategy and accelerating delivery
Built and led a design team working across customer onboarding, call centre and operations. Reduced application time from 45 mins to 5 mins, and reducing application time overall by 82%.
Led NAB-wide strategic initiatives including Unified Login, Settings and Payments. Delivered 3 board-committed experiences across a variety of products from enterprise systems through to NAB App, reducing time to delivery of NAB App payments, from 6 months to 10 weeks and improving time to complete day-to-day transfer payments by 18%.

Led and delivered discovery through to delivery across B2B and B2C experiences for FWD (Singapore), Transport for NSW (Opal App), Apple (AUS + US) and 7-Eleven (APAC).
Delivered design operation initiatives including the design backlog program for APAC and the US. Led the APAC women’s group, bringing colleagues together to connect through workshops, guest speakers, open discussions and more.
