What type of designer are you?
With a decade of expertise from strategic discovery through to product delivery, I can turn any business requirement into a considered, unified experience in collaboration with product and technology leaders.
I have had exposure to a wide range of platforms and industries, from wearable technology and through to SaaS platforms; from finance to logistics.
My DiSC profile is a mix of D and I, and my Deloitte Business Chemistry profile is primary Pioneer, with a pivot between Driver and Integrator, depending on the environment and needs. Whilst incredibly efficient and dynamic with hands-on work, I always have focus on collaboration.
What’s it like to work with you?
I am known for bringing energy and positivity to teams and initiatives, leading to stronger relationships and driving outcomes. Whilst moving projects from vague to actionable, you will often find me facilitating games and events within the team to build connection – my favourites include Pictionary, OpenGuessr and making digital monsters.
Named a Top Mentor globally on ADPList in 2024, I’ve supported over 100 emerging designers with portfolio reviews, career guidance, and real-world design challenges.
During my time at Tigerspike in 2021-2022, I led the DEI initiative “Ladies of Catalyst”, a group for our female-identifying team members within the APAC region. We hosted events for sharing experiences, building relationships and enabling support – this included facilitated group discussions (Returning to work as a new mum), workshops, knowledge sharing (How to build your own furniture, fast fashion impacts on women) and external guest speakers.
During my time at National Australia Bank in 2022-2025, I was a volunteer for multiple programs and initiatives:
Volunteer teacher for 60+ students aged 10-12, teaching design thinking metholodogies for the Big Day In program across Australia
Volunteer teacher for 40+ students aged 15-18, teaching Human-Centered Design methodologies as part of the NAB STEM Work Experience Program
Volunteer at the Variety Kids Christmas event, spreading joy for 5000+ children and 3000+ carers
Volunteer at the Royal Melbourne Show, providing support for parents and their children to ensure they remained safe and connected throughout their day
What is your ideal workplace?
I thrive in collaborative, dynamic and diverse environments. I enjoy working both with small, tight-knit teams, and complex stakeholder environments.
I prefer hybrid and remote office cultures, and teams that prioritise and encourage coming together to build connection.
As a hybrid introvert/extrovert, I gain energy from being around a team, but also really appreciate alone time to efficiently complete focused work.
A quick look at the places I've been, captured on 35mm film
I live to travel, as exploration and putting myself into new environments feeds my creativity. While travelling, I adore capturing moments on my refurbished 1980s camera… there's something special about the way it captures light, and the suspense of waiting to see how the shots turned out. I am always thankful when they don’t come out blurry!
Above and below are a few shots I love, let me know which places you recognise.
